Jonathan Fletcher is the Chief AI Strategist for the Learning Performance and Talent Institute (LPI). His passion for technology led, and continues to lead him to research AI and its practical and strategic applications across the industry over the past three years. He aims to help those in the learning, performance and talent industries understand AI’s practical applications, opportunities, implications and how it affects them, their teams and employees.

Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the Learning and Performance industry. Having worked at organisations such as BP, Technicolor, Curry’s and Capita, his expertise includes designing and delivering global learning and talent strategies, managing career and skills infrastructure projects, designing, building, and delivering learning technology ecosystems and overseeing operational excellence programs.
