Profile

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management, Maisoon have honed her skills to deliver real-world solutions that drive organisational success. She currently leads Talent initiatives at one of the Abu Dhabi's prominent government organisations. She specialises in crafting and implementing strategies that align workforce capabilities with business goals. Maisoon led a team of highly capable Talent Management professionals to achieve key priority areas for the organisation which includes but not limited the following:

  • Successfully designed and executed a Career Development strategy for the entire organisation called ‘Masary’ within record time. This involved high level stakeholder management, strategizing and crafting a thorough plan with the team. The output of the intervention was a robust & dynamic Career Development plans vetted by the line managers for more than 600 talented professionals in Dept of Culture and Tourism.
  • Successfully put in place a robust Succession Planning process, a strategic focus for the organisation, over the last two years. This involved a series of organisation wide engagement at all levels from critical role analysis, succession discussion and mapping to right investment for the right people.
  • Designed and implemented fit for purpose Leadership Development interventions to support capacity building at all levels in the organisation. This involved continuous collaboration with world-class institutions locally and internationally such as Harvard, IMD, INSEAD, etc. Over the recent years, more than three curated programs that’s aligns with organisational long-term strategy has been designed.
  • Put in place a flexible learning platform ‘DCT Learn’ which included curated online content developed through experts from various parts of the world. This supports employees at all levels and augment other learning interventions.

Collaboration is key to Maison’s approach. By working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders, she has achieved ambitious milestones and fostered a culture of continuous improvement in a complex industry with multicultural employee base.
