Manish is an accomplished HR Transformation & Digital expert with over 25 years of progressive experience.

He is a member of the “Forbes Human Resources Council” and has been recognized as one of the Top 50 "Most Influential HR Leaders from the Middle East”

Manish is currently working as Group Head – HR Transformation, Digital, and Analytics at Emirates National Oil Company in Dubai. His previous experience has been with organizations like TATA STEEL, Hay Group etc.

He has led transformational projects in over 75 organizations across the Middle East, India & SE Asia, unlocking new levels of growth and value, which uniquely positions Manish to help organizations navigate the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.

Armed with an MBA in HRD from Symbiosis Center for Mgt & HRD, Pune, and a Post Graduate in Digital Transformation from Purdue University. Manish is a transformational leader who believes organizations must learn to adapt to continuous disruption and architect a new HR Framework.

His views and opinions on emerging topics such as "New Work & HR Architecture," "Next Generation Talent Operating Model for GIG Economy," and "Reskilling HR Professionals" are regularly featured in leading online and print media channels, including Forbes HR expert panels. He is a keynote speaker in all major conferences in the region.
