Educationally, Shad holds a Bachelor's degree from Vanguard University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently pursuing a Doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania, he has completed the required coursework and entered the dissertation phase.
