He is currently leading the Talent & Learning function for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and before that he held various leadership roles in FMCG and ICT. Vincent has also worked as an independent human capital consultant, supporting a range of international clients on Talent and Leadership challenges. In the last few decades he has worked across all areas of Human Capital i.e. Learning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Rewards, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement and has extensive experience and expertise in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development and Performance Management.
