Elizabeth G. Arthur, a former Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, has primarily focused her practice on investigations of and antitrust enforcement in the pharmaceutical industry. While serving as an AAG, she was the co-chair of the Pharmaceutical Industry Working Group for the National Association of Attorneys General for six and a half years. Ms. Arthur was also the lead attorney for the States in the first product-hop case litigated in the U.S. (State of Florida et al. v. Abbott Laboratories et al, (TriCor)). Ms. Arthur has been involved in numerous investigations of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including Pharmacy Benefit Managers. She has represented Attorneys General and private plaintiffs in many pharmaceutical antitrust litigations, including the State of Florida v. Merck & Co., State of Colorado et al. v. Warner Chilcott Holdings Company, III LTD et al., States and Commonwealths of Texas et al. v. Organon USA Inc and Akzo Nobel N.V., In Re Paxil, Antitrust Litigation, In Re Relafen Antitrust Litigation, In re Buspirone Antitrust Litigation, In Re Terazosin Hydrochloride Antitrust Litigation (Hytrin), In re Loestrin 24 FE Antitrust Litigation, In re Niaspan Antitrust Litigation, In re Lidoderm Antitrust Litigation, In Re Actos Antitrust Litigation, In Re Generic Pharmaceutical Pricing Antitrust Litigation and In Re Suboxone.

Ms. Arthur graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and received her law degree from the University of Florida.
