Jon Wilkinson is a Senior Legal Director for Global Data Privacy at IQVIA, a global health data and analytics company with approximately 90,000 employees. His responsibilities in this role include handling all aspects of privacy related to IQVIA’s commercial health datasets, as well as serving as IQVIA’s lead for privacy issues arising out of AI tools and technologies. He has particular expertise addressing privacy matters arising out of evolving and new technologies. Jon has worked in the healthcare privacy space for more than a decade, including stints at IBM and Philips Healthcare, and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Pace University School of Law.
