Stephanie Nowack is a career in-house biotech attorney with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry. She began her career at Jounce Therapeutics, a clinical stage immuno-oncology company where she managed various business transactions. Stephanie then moved to Astria Therapeutics, a company with a late-stage clinical asset in hereditary angioedema, where she worked on a small legal team managing corporate matters and various licensing and collaboration deals, culminating in an M&A transaction as the company was acquired by BioCryst in January 2026. She is currently internal counsel for Voyager Therapeutics, an early clinical stage company with a focus on neurological diseases, where she serves as a business partner for all corporate, business development and strategic transactions. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Suffolk University in 2013, and received her J.D. from Northeastern University in 2019, the same year that she was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
