Aadarash is a pharmacist by training and is currently working as a Senior Scientist in drug delivery at MDC. She specialises in bio-nanoparticles and advanced delivery platforms for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. She completed her PhD at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Monash University, Australia. Her research focused on engineering multifunctional nanoparticles for targeted brain delivery, using a microfluidic human BBB on-chip model to study biological interactions and cellular uptake. Her current research bridges materials science, biology and translational medicine, with a focus on technologies that enhance the precision and effectiveness of next-generation therapeutics, including RNA-based modalities.
