Profile
Charlotte has five years of experience in the mRNA/LNP field. She is focused on establishing in vitro assays, designing in vivo assays, managing scientific projects and collaborations. She has led projects in characterising LNP cell type specificity especially in relation to extra-hepatic LNPs in addition to driving projects on evaluation of LNP transfection capabilities in relation to human T cells. She was awarded a PhD in pharmacology from the University of Auckland in New Zealand where she studied a neurodegenerative disease and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from University College Dublin in Ireland.
