Rammohan Devulapally, Ph.D. is Senior Director and Head of Non-Viral Delivery (LNP) at Granza Bio, where he leads the development of targeted lipid nanoparticle (tLNP) platforms for in vivo immune cell delivery, with a focus on T-cell-targeted genetic medicines for cancer immunotherapy. He has over 15 years of experience in non-viral gene delivery, lipid chemistry, nanoparticle formulation, and translational drug development.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across academia and biotechnology companies, advancing delivery technologies from early discovery through translational development, supporting programs from preclinical research through IND-enabling studies and clinical translation. At Stanford University, he developed ultrasound-guided non-viral gene delivery systems for cancer detection and therapy. At ReCode Therapeutics, he contributed to the development of lung-targeted SORT-LNPs for RNA therapeutics. At GenEdit (now BreezeBio), he led the development of targeted LNP platforms for immune cell delivery. He later expanded this work at Life Edit Therapeutics (ElevateBio), leading the discovery and development of targeted LNPs for gene editing and immune cell delivery applications. At Granza Bio, his current work focuses on developing targeted LNPs for in vivo T-cell delivery to enable next-generation cancer immunotherapies.

Dr. Devulapally is a named inventor on multiple patents, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and is an invited speaker at international conferences on lipid nanoparticles, targeted delivery, and genetic medicines.
