Dan is Director, Youth Development & Education at Fluent Research. Dan’s strong background at the intersection between academic research, teaching, and youth developmental practice, provides our clients with a unique expertise in the multidimensionality of children.

Dan’s research experience stems from his work at the Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development at Tufts University and the National Service Center for the Boy Scouts of America. Dan developed practice expertise over a decade as an elementary school teacher in the public schools of the Boston area.

Dan holds a B.S. in psychology from Northeastern University and a Ph.D. in human development and child study from Tufts University.
