Register Your Team
Your Complimentary Passes
As a sponsor/exhibitor, you receive passes included in your agreement. Check your contract to see exactly how many you get.
Types of passes you receive
Sponsor/Exhibitor Delegate Passes - full conference access for your team members. These will appear in your registration portal
Speaker Passes - full conference access for your speakers. If you have speakers, they will receive a separate registration link from sydney.atendido@informa.com to register themselves. This quantity will not appear in your registration portal.
How to Register Your Team
Your main contact person will receive an email with a special registration link. This is your gateway to registering everyone on your team.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Look for an email from mediainsights@reg-informa.com - this contains your special access link to set up your portal.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Click the link in the email and set up your account login credentials.
Step 3: Access Team Registration
Once logged in, look at the left side of your screen and click the "Team" tab.
Step 4: Add Your Team Members
Click "Add Staff" to start adding each person who will attend.
Step 5: Choose the Right Pass Type
Select "Register Delegate - SPEX passes" for each team member.
Don't register speakers here! If anyone from your company is speaking at the conference, they'll register through a completely separate process. Only register non-speaking team members through this portal.
Badge Information
Registration Process: You'll receive an email from mediainsights@reg-informa.com with the subject line: "You have been registered for The Media Insights and Engagement Conference 2026" immediately following the registration. You will receive badge pick-up instructions with a registration barcode and additional event information the week before the event. Bring this (printed or on mobile) for contactless registration during these times:
Tuesday, January 27: 7:45am - 6:30pm
Wednesday, January 28: 7:45am - 5:45pm
Thursday, January 29: 8:15am - 11:00am
Registration deadline: January 20th
Badges are non-transferable - only for registered staff of sponsoring/exhibiting companies. Substitutions require written consent from original registrant or company.
Important Requirements:
Badges must be worn at all times. Nothing may cover your badge (no business cards, stickers, etc.)
