Register Your Team

Due January 20, 2025 - PAST DUE, register ASAP

Sponsors and Exhibitors are entitled to a certain number of passes per your agreement. Below you will find a registration link for your passes which include the complimentary allotted Sponsor/Exhibitor Delegate Passes and Booth Staff Passes as per your partnership agreement. Please register your complimentary passes by January 20, 2025.

Any person who will be onsite at Media Insights will require a Sponsor/Exhibitor Pass. This pass will allow the person to setup, staff a table, and attend the conference program. As part of your sponsorship/exhibitor package you receive an allocation of complimentary passes - please check your contract for details on these passes.

Please note: Speakers will be registered separately, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.

ADDITIONAL PASSES: As a partner, you are entitled to purchase additional passes at a group discount. To inquire about purchasing additional passes, please contact Clay Collier.

Monday, February 3rd- 7:45am - 5:30pm

Tuesday, February 4th- 8:00am - 5:30pm

How to Register

How to Register:

The main contact at your company will receive an email from 'Media Insights & Engagement Conference 2025 - annie.sides@informa.com' inviting them to the Media Registration Portal. They will be responsible for registering all staff.

To register your complimentary sponsor/exhibitor delegate passes, please set up your account with a username and password through the link in this email.

Once you log in to the portal, go to the Service Centre tab on the left of the screen.

Click the Team tab. Click Add Staff to register your allotted delegates.

Once a delegate has been registered, an email confirmation will be sent with an entrance QR code that should be printed/ saved on your phone and taken onsite to Media Insights to print an event badge

If you have any changes to your registered passes or questions regarding registration, please email these them to annie.sides@informa.com.

Badge Guidelines

•Badges must be worn always.

•Business cards, stickers or other items may not cover badges.

•If full contact information is not complete or received during registration, then you will not be registered.

•Registration must be received by January 20

•Passes are non-transferable and are for advanced registered staff of sponsoring and/or exhibiting companies only. Any substitution must be authorized with a written letter of consent from the original registrant or the participating company.

•Loss of passes must be reported to show management immediately
