Your Stand
MedTech Summit will be set up with tabletop exhibition stands for 2025. You will either have a standard 3 x 2 meter Table Top pop up, or a 2 x 2 meter High Table pop up. If you are unsure what you have, please confirm this with Ally.Lear@informa.com.
Standard 3 x 2 Meter Table Top Booth
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3 x 2 meter space.
The following are provided for all stands free of charge:
- 1 x Table - (160 x 60cm)
- 2 x Chairs
- Electrical Power Supply (no high voltage)
Please ensure that you bring any adapters or extension leads which you require for your stand. Informa Connect will not be able to provide these onsite.
2 x 2 Meter High Table Booth
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space of 2 x 2 Meters.
The following are provided free of charge:
- 1 x High Table
- 1 x Stool
- 1 x Electrical Power Supply (no high voltage)
Exhibitors are allowed to additionally bring 1 x free standing graphic which must fit in your allocated 2x2 meter space.
Shipping
All stand materials should be shipped directly to the venue and arrangements to collect packages after the event must be made before you arrive.
Earliest Delivery Date: 1 week pre-event (Monday 9th June)
Latest Collection Date: 1 week post-event (Friday 27th June)
Delivery time are Monday - Saturday between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Please use the venues delivery label linked here.
Please ensure your onsite representatives have full tracking information to help track packages onsite.
Return deliveries can be left at your stand for return. Please ensure you have printed our your return shipping label ahead of time to affix to your shipment.
