Registered attendees policy: These exclusive hotel rates and rooms are only for registered attendees of the event (delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and other invited guests). The organiser and/or the hotel reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending this event.
