MedTech Summit In-Person Booking Form

This booking form is for the MedTech Summit 2027 in-person experience. If you wish to register for the digital only experience, click here.

All live in-person event registrants will automatically gain access to ConnectMe app two weeks before the conference. Access to this digital platform requires each delegate to provide their own personal corporate email address within the delegate details during the booking process.

Your digital experience pass provides convenient access to key event features, including:

  • Networking opportunities to connect with industry peers and experts.
  • Session recordings of all tracks, allowing you to revisit valuable insights at your own pace after the event (subject to speaker permission).
  • Live-streamed content from one carefully curated track per day, ensuring you stay engaged with the most relevant discussions.

Live streaming is limited to one track per day, as outlined below:

  • Day 1: Workshops
  • Day 2: Regulatory Affairs & Software & AI
  • Day 3: Regulatory Affairs, Software & AI and Global Markets
  • Day 4: Clinical Evaluations & PMS

Please note: All other tracks will be recorded and made available after the event. Access is restricted to the days you select during registration.

  • SME Rate Criteria

- Applicants’ SMEs must have fewer than 250 employees.
- Applicants’ SMEs must be active members of a medical device/in vitro diagnostic organisation with a device or diagnostic that is either already on the market or in the process of gaining certification.
- Applicants cannot be from a Competent Authority, Notified Body, Consultancy, or Vendor organisation.
- Applicants cannot be from an existing event sponsor nor exhibitor organisation.
- Applicants cannot have a job title or focus in sales, marketing, account management, or business development.

  • Discount Promotions

- Discounts not applicable to supplier/vendor/consultant/solution provider companies. Informa Connect Life Sciences will verify whether you are a supplier/vendor/consultant/solution provider when your registration is processed.

Young Regulatory Professionals Discount

We’re offering a 25% discount for young regulatory professionals to attend MedTech Summit and be a part of the Future Regulatory Leaders Link Up. Eligible delegates must be from a MedTech company/manufacturer, be 35 years old or under, and hold the title of Regulatory Affairs Specialist or below.

The discount applies to 2-day (Tuesday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Thursday), 3-day, and 4-day passes, with all passes required to include Wednesday attendance to access the Future Regulatory Leaders Link Up session.
