Your Stand

MedTech Summit will be set up with tabletop exhibition stands for 2026. You will have a standard 3 x 2 meter Table Top

Standard 3 x 2 Meter Table Top Booth

Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3 x 2 meter space.

The following items from the Exhibitor Form are provided for all stands free of charge:

  • Banquet Table I (1,80 m x 0,45 m)

  • Chair (x2)

  • Port I 230 V/ 16 A / Schuko (Electrical Power Supply)

Please ensure that you bring any adapters or extension leads which you require for your stand. Informa Connect will not be able to provide these onsite.

If you would like any additional or alternative furniture/power this can be purchased via the Exhibitors AV Order Form.


Shipping

All stand materials should be shipped directly to the venue and arrangements to collect packages after the event must be made before you arrive.

Package deliveries and exhibition goods can only be accepted at the hotel one day prior to the event, due to limited storage facilities. Earlier deliveries are possible, but are subject to cost on and require prior arrangement with the hotel.

The fees are 50, 00 € per package/day or 250, 00 € per pallet/day and will be charged to the exhibitor.

Acceptance of goods is possible from 07:00 to 16:00 and is located at the side of the hotel, visibly signposted next to the underground car park.

Please Note: There is a handling fee which applies for transport of packages to the event space (as indicated on page 5 of the AV order form). Alternatively, packages can be collected directly from the delivery area at no additional charge.
