MedTech Summit Digital Experience Booking Form
This booking form is for the MedTech Summit 2026 digital experience. If you wish to register for the in-person experience, click here.
All in-person and virtual registrants will automatically gain access to ConnectMe app four weeks before the conference. Access to this digital platform requires each delegate to provide their own personal corporate email address within the delegate details during the booking process.
Your digital experience pass provides convenient access to key event features, including:
- Networking opportunities to connect with industry peers and experts.
- Session recordings of all tracks, allowing you to revisit valuable insights at your own pace after the event (subject to speaker permission).
- Live-streamed content from one carefully curated track per day, ensuring you stay engaged with the most relevant discussions.
Live streaming is limited to one track per day, as outlined below:
- Day 1: Welcome Keynote Plenary & European Regulatory Affairs
- Day 2: European Regulatory Affairs
- Day 3: Clinical Evaluations & PMS
- Day 4: Clinical Evaluations & PMS
Please note: All other tracks will be recorded and made available after the event. Access is restricted to the days you select during registration.
Terms and Conditions
- SME Rate Criteria
- Applicants’ SMEs must have fewer than 250 employees.
- Applicants’ SMEs must be active members of a medical device/in vitro diagnostic organisation with a device or diagnostic that is either already on the market or in the process of gaining certification.
- Applicants cannot be from a Competent Authority, Notified Body, Consultancy, or Vendor organisation.
- Applicants cannot be from an existing event sponsor nor exhibitor organisation.
- Applicants cannot have a job title or focus in sales, marketing, account management, or business development.
- Group Discounts
Groups of 3 - 4 receive 10% off current rates.
Groups of 5 - 9 receive 15% off current rates.

- Discount Promotions
- Discounts not applicable to supplier/vendor/consultant/solution provider companies. Informa Connect Life Sciences will verify whether you are a supplier/vendor/consultant/solution provider when your registration is processed.
- Discounts not to be used in conjunction with any other discount.
- Discount codes not applicable to pre-existing bookings.
All registrations are subject to review by Informa Connect. Informa Connect Customer Service will contact you if the delegate type is incorrect on your registration to adjust accordingly.
- VAT
The VAT rate is subject to change and may differ from the advertised rate. The amount you are charged will be determined when your invoice is raised.
