Dilsat studied life sciences and specialized on microbiology. She has spent 15 years working in the Quality and Regulatory (Q&R) field in both the Medical Device and Pharma industries. During this time, she worked for various medical device companies, handling different types of medical devices from simple ones to more complex ones like stents, catheters, imaging systems, and walking aids.

In her roles, Dilsat gained experience in getting regulatory approval for medical devices worldwide, developing products according to regulations, ensuring safety through vigilance, and establishing quality management systems and including conducting audits.

Currently, Dilsat is the Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer at Human Care AB, where she leads a diverse team across the globe.
