Harriet is a Counsel in Freshfields' regulatory and product liability disputes practice, specialising in the life sciences and tech sectors.
Harriet’s experience spans the life sciences lifecycle and includes coordinating the defence of multi-jurisdictional product liability litigation, often with a group litigation element, as well as regulatory matters, post M&A product liability legacy litigation and product liability advice supporting M&A.
Harriet spent 9 months on secondment in-house at a medical devices multinational working on product liability and regulatory matters. She also spent 18 months in the United States coordinating product liability class actions and healthcare litigation.
Harriet is recognised in UK Chambers (Product Liability, mainly defendant) and is a market thought leader on product liability topics and in the life sciences space. She is a regular conference speaker and has twice been named a Lexology Life Sciences Influencer.
