Nathalie Smyth is a partner in Kennedys’ Products Law and Life Sciences team in London. She acts for insurers, manufacturers and other corporates in a wide range of product liability disputes, with a specific focus on the life sciences and consumer product sectors.

Nathalie has considerable experience in the conduct and defence of complex claims, including those brought by way of group litigation, against manufacturers of medical devices in the UK. These include a high profile, landmark case that has clarified and shaped the law on product liability in the UK.

Nathalie also acts as monitoring counsel in relation to the defence and coordination of product claims arising in other EMEA jurisdictions.
