Paul Evans is the Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), where he leads the strategic development, delivery, management and continual improvement of the Quality Management System throughout DHCW. He has over 35 years of experience in various roles within Pharmacy, Production, Validation and Quality across NHS Wales. He is a CQI Practitioner and an IRCA/CQI certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Assurance from the University of Manchester. He has extensive knowledge and skills in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Operational Management, Regulatory Compliance, Change Management, Project Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, Team Building and Computer Systems Validation. He is a member of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics and the British Computer Society.
