Sanziana Negreanu Arboreanu is Director Regulatory Affairs Digital Capabilities and Outreach EMEA at J&J MedTech, focusing on implementing and impacting EMEA Digital, Data and AI legislations and developing RA capabilities for digital solutions.

Prior to this, she was Associate Director Regulatory Affairs Policy focusing on future EU Digital legislation and Manager RA EU Strategy, leading the development of EU regulatory strategies and plans for Digital Surgery, Robotics and Digital Solutions.

Sanziana has been part of J&J since 2013, mostly working on shaping and implementing the EU Medical Devices Regulation. Since 2019, she is focused on bringing J&J digital products and digital solutions to the EU market.

She joined Johnson & Johnson in 2013 as part of the Government Affairs & Policy EMEA team, then joined Regulatory Affairs where she has been involved in shaping, interpreting and implementing the EU Medical Devices Regulation for J&J MedTech.

Prior to joining J&J, she worked in the European Public Affairs department of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare in the fields of self-care, non-prescription medicines, oral health and medical devices and performed a traineeship in the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union, the professional association representing community pharmacists.

Sanziana holds a M.Sc. in Pharmacy, obtained her EU Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) in June 2016 and speaks English, German, French and her mother tongue, Romanian.
