Svetlana Bykanova, SVP Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance at HOYA Surgical Optics, is globally responsible to establish, maintain and oversee the implementation of strategies in Quality and Regulatory Compliance across the company in different functions and regions.

For over 25 years, Svetlana has been a part of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry, holding different roles with increased responsibilities in R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Quality. Among her significant achievements was the implementation of MDSAP program in over 30 sites, EU MDR implementation and successful EU MDR certification in several companies.

Experience working with TUV Sud, BSI, DQS, TUV Rheinland and competent authorities worldwide.
