Jad is a core leader of the Oil & Gas Practice, focused on supporting downstream oil and gas companies as they navigate the unfolding energy transition, helping leading industry companies recast their strategies, portfolios, and operating models as well as realize their full potential through capital efficiency, operational excellence, digital and analytics, and asset decarbonization.

Jad leads the firm’s research on the future of downstream oil and gas, including potential global and regional shifts of value pools across the industry and the successful organizational models.

As part of his client service, Jad has led several strategy formulation and stress-testing efforts, as well as end-to-end operating model transformations to create value for leading oil and gas companies. He has supported major industry-shaping transactions, including in the realization of significant commercial and operational synergies. Jad has also supported efforts to uplift the performance of portfolios of downstream oil and gas refining and petrochemical assets through stream integration and operational efficiencies.

Jad is a frequent participant and speaker at industry events. He is an electrical engineer by training and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
