Moustafa Abdelhadi, over a journey that exceeds 21 years of technical and practical experience in the field of electricity production and generation field during which he dealt with the various stages of projects starting from technical studies, Installations, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, management.
And from 2018 until now, he was involved in the field of new and renewable energy, especially wind energy as the operation and maintenance director and plant manager of the first two projects of the private sector in the field of wind energy in Egypt (IPP, SPV) with a capacity of 512.5 megawatts on a build-own-operate (BOO) basis.
Over the recent experience in the field of wind energy, he has made effective and positive contributions to the operation and maintenance management process in a manner that achieves the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency and reliability of wind energy production plants, including the preparation of management and operation policies, training and Preparing the human cadres and technical competencies for the operation and maintenance of the project, studying the project performance (KPI), developing the operation and maintenance process for it, as well as dealing with other environmental requirements and initiatives to protect soaring birds and managing the migration seasons of birds and ATMP.
