What is MenuDirections?
MenuDirections, hosted by FoodService Director, brings together on-site foodservice professionals from all segments—including colleges & universities, hospitals, K-12, and B&I—to explore emerging culinary trends and innovative strategies. This exclusive event delivers actionable insights through interactive Table Talk Roundtables, hands-on Menu Moments demonstrations, behind-the-scenes tours, and expert-led sessions that help operators enhance their foodservice programs while earning valuable CEH credits.
When and where is the 2025 MenuDirections?
The 2025 FSD MenuDirections will take place Monday, November 17 to Wednesday, November 19 at the Hilton Tampa Downtown in Tampa, FL
Who can register to attend MenuDirections?
Noncommercial Foodservice Operator:
Registration fees are complimentary for qualifying noncommercial foodservice operators. If you register and don’t cancel prior to November 4, 2025, a cancellation fee of $295 per person will be applied. If you have questions regarding operator registration, contact Katrina.phillips@informa.com
Supplier:

Can I bring a spouse/guest?
Please submit a request to Katrina.phillips@informa.com if you plan to bring your spouse or significant other. Informa reserves the right to decline a guest due to event capacity or company affiliation.
Due to the nature of this event, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend Menu Directions.
