After a successful career in fine dining restaurants and convention hotels, Chef Jeffrey Quasha joined Morrison Healthcare more than 12 years ago, following his mother-in-law's passing from breast cancer—an event that inspired him to use his culinary talents for greater impact.

Initially, Chef Jeffrey served as senior executive chef at large trauma hospital in Savannah, Georgia, he managed patient services, retail spaces, and catering operations. This experience deepened his understanding of food as medicine and its role in healing.

Now as Senior Director of Culinary Innovation for Morrison Healthcare, and lead for Compass Global Culinary Foundation's sustainability task force, Chef Jeffrey focuses on transforming healthcare foodservice through new menus, oncology and pediatric programs, and teaching kitchen initiatives nationwide.

A Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Certified Culinary Administrator (CCA), Approved Culinary Evaluator (ACE), and American Academy of Chefs (AAC) member, Chef Jeffrey balances his professional passion with being an active father to two food-loving sons. He credits his wife for supporting his culinary journey.
