Jessica Tomlinson is the VP of Culinary for The Pineapple Hospitality Group. Inspired by the simplicity and finesse of preparing risotto at merely 17 years old, Jessica’s interest was ignited to pursue becoming a Professional Chef. Jessica graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park with an AA degree in Culinary Arts. She has held positions at Spiaggia, The Bristol, and the Bleeding-Heart Bakery in Chicago. She also worked at The Loft Restaurant in Indianapolis and quickly climbed the ranks at The Mesh Restaurant achieving the title of Executive Chef. Before joining the Pineapple Hospitality team, she was the VP of Culinary at Ford’s Garage. Prior to Ford’s Garage she was the Corporate Executive Chef for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.
As a wife and mother, Chef Jess hopes not only to continue her journey of food, but to share that love of food with her daughter, as her mentors have shared with her. Who knows, maybe inspiring the next great family Chef.
