Katie contributes to the menu research team at Technomic, tracking and analyzing menu trends via reports and presentations for both the U.S. and Canadian markets. In addition to her work in commercial food, beverage and adult beverage trend- and data-tracking, she also follows trends in the noncommercial space. She has presented at a number of large industry events and conferences, and regularly hosts webinars for Technomic.
