Lori Rakoczy is an Associate Principal at Technomic. Since joining Technomic in 2018, she has focused on custom consumer and operator research for domestic and global foodservice industry clients in areas such as menu and pricing strategies, brand positioning and consumer segmentation. Lori has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences and events, including Technomic's Foodservice Planning Program conferences, along with client executive leader and franchisee events. Her previous experience includes serving as senior economic advisor for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and senior project manager for Morningstar, Inc.
