I’m the Culinary Arts Instructor at The Knights Tavern, the student-run and directed restaurant at Robinson High School in Tampa, Florida. With over 35 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, I am a lifelong culinarian passionate about the craft of food. I believe that every dish tells a story—reflecting who we are, where we come from, and where we’re headed. For the past six years, it has been my privilege to share this belief with the next generation of food lovers, inspiring them to create, explore, and serve with pride.
