Erica Deschênes specializes in representing Landlords in Montreal. Working tirelessly on behalf of her roster of clients both institutional and private, in the last 30 months she has built up a portfolio of a million square feet of vacancy listings and has leased through over 475,000 sq. ft. in the last twelve months. Her agency work includes the leasing of assets owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Allied Properties REIT, Canpro, FTQ, Cogir, and several independent owners.
Previously, Erica worked for Oxford Properties-Retail division where she was a key member of the redevelopment team and was responsible for planning and executing the leasing strategies for hundred-million-dollar renovation projects in the repositioning Les Promenades Gatineau, Galeries de la Capitale in Quebec City and Dix30.
Erica is actively involved in the industry and supporting young real estate professionals. She holds an annual networking event at CBRE and is an active participant of CREW Montreal.
