Liam Mayes joined CBRE in 2017 where he specializes in office tenant representation. He has been active in the real estate industry for more than ten years. Liam is recognized in the industry for his professionalism and client service, strong negotiating skills, and perseverance. He has an excellent knowledge of the office leasing market and is highly appreciated for his strong team spirit.
Prior to joining CBRE, Liam worked for Landmark Advisory Services specializing in corporate account management, and Avison Young and Jones Lang LaSalle as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 750,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail transactions across Canada.
