Nathalie Rousseau is Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Eastern Canada at GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA). She leads the leasing, operations and asset management teams where she is responsible for the performance and growth of the Eastern Canada portfolio at GWL Realty Advisors.
Nathalie has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, particularly in appraisal, investment and asset management for commercial, office and industrial properties located in North America and Europe. Prior to joining the team, she acted as Executive Vice President, Asset Management and Transactions at Cominar REIT. She also held the position of Senior Vice-President, Investments and Asset Management at Ivanhoe Cambridge and was a Chartered Appraiser at Altus.
