Mr. Kurlansky is a co-Founder, and Principal of Sheridan Capital. He has held the Principal position since Sheridan Capital’s inception in 2007. He is responsible for portfolio decision making; overseeing the sourcing acquisition, management, and disposition of portfolio assets; and managing FM Capital’s commercial loan origination division. Currently, Mr. Kurlansky manages over $750 million in assets and throughout his career has handled the acquisition and disposition of more than $1 billion in assets. Mr. Kurlansky began his real estate career as a Property Manager at Crescent Heights of America in 2000. He joined First Meridian Mortgage in 2004 and became a Senior Vice President in 2009. Throughout his career, Aaron has originated well over $2 billion dollars in residential and commercial loans. Mr. Kurlansky is a licensed mortgage loan originator in Florida and New York.
