Adam Mait (“Mait”) is a Co-founder, General Counsel, and Head of Partnerships at DoorLoop. He leads the company’s legal strategy across product, compliance, commercial transactions, privacy, and regulatory matters, while also overseeing strategic partnerships that fuel growth. He works closely with executive leadership to structure deals, manage risk, and build scalable systems for a fast growing SaaS business.

He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases and ultimately served as Assistant Chief of the Narcotics Unit before transitioning into the private sector.

Before co founding DoorLoop, Mait served as Vice President of Development at a Miami Dade based real estate development firm, focusing on large scale projects and strategic expansion. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mait lives with his amazing and beautiful wife and their three absolutely delicious children, in the way only a proud father can mean it.
