Ann-Marie Bomba is the CEO of Strategic Properties, a leader in the management of high-quality conventional and affordable multifamily housing communities. With over three decades of multifamily housing experience, Ann-Marie has established herself as a specialist in distressed asset recovery. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients to enhance underperforming assets, reposition REO properties, and meet specific asset performance goals, helping ownership achieve investment success in both conventional and affordable housing markets. Ann-Marie's extensive portfolio includes the management of new construction lease-ups, multimillion-dollar renovations, and stabilized properties across various regions. Her experience spans a wide range of property types, showcasing her ability to deliver exceptional results in diverse settings. Before her role at Strategic Properties, Ann-Marie co-founded TAM Residential (formerly Topaz Asset Management), where she successfully expanded the company to over 17,000 units nationwide. Today, she continues to drive Strategic Properties' growth, spearheading the company's nationwide expansion into additional states beyond its current operations in Texas, Missouri, Florida, and Georgia. In addition to her professional achievements, Ann-Marie is actively involved in the community, serving on the North Texas Advisory Board of Entryway, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping transition people experiencing homelessness into economic self-sufficiency.
