Art Lieb came to work at Provence Real Estate in 2010 in order to start up the organization. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Art oversees the entire company operations including leasing, accounting, maintenance, human resources, and client relations.

Art has 20+ years of experience in multifamily property management, starting his career in student housing. He worked his way up from on-site positions to the corporate level when he was elevated to a portfolio manager position with TriBridge Residential, responsible for 3,000+ units throughout the southeast.

Art has experience with a multitude of multi-family asset types such as student housing, seniors housing, conventional, high-rise, mixed-use, LIHTC, value-add, and new development. During his time at Provence, the company has managed over 27,000 units in 13 states.

Art is a graduate of the University of Florida Warrington College of Business with a degree in Marketing. He is active in the Atlanta Apartment Association and is a 2024-2026 board member of Open Doors ATL. He lives in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife Jennifer and sons Asher, Darren, and Greyson.
