Barry is a lawyer by trade and has over 15 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Northlake, Barry co-founded a real estate investment company focused on multifamily value-add projects, during which he accumulated a portfolio of over 200 units throughout Broward County. Barry also has extensive knowledge and expertise in sourcing and completing pre-development and entitlement work on prime land opportunities for residential and retail development. Prior land development projects include a 12.5 acre parcel in Melbourne, FL., and a 10 acre parcel in Titusville, Fl. Barry holds an MBA from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA from Tufts University.
