Charles Agus is EVP at Benedict Realty Group, a New York City based owner/manager with 7,500 units plus commercial under ownership/management including approximately 1,500 units in Florida. Charles started his career in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Investment Banking group covering REITs and REOCs with respect to financings and M&A advisory. As VP of Acquisitions for Kushner Companies, he helped acquire assets for a portfolio of close to 17,000 multifamily units, which sold in 2007 for approximately $2 billion. Charles joined the BRG team in 2010 and overseas multifamily acquisitions, helps shape business strategy and serves on the Investment Committee. Charles holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and JD/MBA degrees from Columbia University. Charles is involved with a charity called Sharing Seats which provides disadvantaged and sick children the opportunity to experience sports and music events.
