Chip Tatum serves as executive vice president of the Florida Apartment Association (FAA). Chip leads a talented association staff and volunteer industry leaders and works collaboratively with nine locally affiliated associations. His responsibilities include oversight of an $8 million annual budget, public policy, research, and the best-in-class annual conference “Inspire.” Chip is passionate about the impact associations make when they address kitchen table issues like housing opportunity and attainability. Mr. Tatum’s 25+ year career has included property management, local and state government affairs, and executive roles for two trade associations. Chip is a graduate of Rollins College and holds the Certified Association Executive credential from the American Society of Association Executives. He served for 7 years on the Valencia College Foundation Board of Directors and currently serves on the National Apartment Association Services Board. In 2018, Chip was inducted to the FAA Hall of Fame.
