Daniel began his professional career in real estate investment and management while attending FIU in Miami, where he earned degrees in Economics and Mathematics. His early success in assembling his own real estate portfolio led to the founding of Strategic Properties (SP) in 2006, introducing much-needed innovation to the property management sector. Today, SP manages a portfolio of over 5,500 units, emphasizing operational efficiency, technology, and value creation.

Building on this foundation, Daniel expanded into multifamily development, leading to the creation of SP Developments (SPD)—a real estate firm committed to creating long-term value for our stakeholders by delivering innovative, high-quality real estate projects built on a foundation of expertise, innovation, and integrity. With a proven track record of success, we develop projects that not only generate attractive returns but also foster positive social and economic impact. We collaborate with reputable LPs and co-GPs who share our vision and values, ensuring confidence, security, and alignment in every step of our project financing and execution.
