Demian Perel is the Founder of F / Advance Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on disciplined underwriting, value-add execution, and long-term capital growth. Since founding the firm in 2021, Demian has led acquisitions, capital structuring, and asset strategy, and currently owns and self-manages a $50 million portfolio of Class B and C multifamily properties across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Prior to launching F / Advance Capital, Demian was a vice president at a private equity firm, where he led underwriting, due diligence, and debt structuring for over $400 million in retail, office, and multifamily acquisitions. He also helped manage a $450 million portfolio spanning retail, multifamily, and single-family assets across Florida, Seattle, Virginia, and Texas, with direct responsibility for value-add execution, financial performance tracking, and investor reporting.

Earlier in his career, Demian spent over four years at Wells Fargo, completing the bank’s Financial Credit Analyst Training Program and serving as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst and Relationship Manager. There, he underwrote construction and stabilized assets across all major property types, supported asset management for a $1B+ portfolio, and structured and negotiated complex debt solutions.

Demian brings a unique blend of institutional credit training and hands-on ownership experience, with deep expertise in underwriting, capital markets, and vertically integrated multifamily operations.
