Jacob Blackett is an entrepreneur, investor, and fintech innovator with more than a decade of experience building and scaling companies in private real estate. Since launching his career in 2010, he has launched over 60 private real estate funds and today oversees a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across the United States.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Holdfolio, an investment platform with more than $3 billion in underlying assets. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of SponsorCloud, a leading capital raising and investor management platform serving over 1,000 firms and supporting more than $36 billion in investor capital. Jacob is known for challenging outdated systems and building technology-driven solutions that help sponsors raise more capital, operate efficiently, and stay compliant. He lives in Florida with his wife and three children.
