As the President, Jeff is responsible for managing all acquisition and operational activities for Kolter Multifamily. Previously, Jeff led the acquisition, asset management, development, financing, and/or disposition of over 6,000 multifamily units with a value of over $1.8 billion. Prior to joining Kolter, Jeff was an Executive Vice President with Florida East Coast Industries and a Managing Director with Wood Partners.

Jeff received his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia.
