Jordon Gofourth serves as Managing Director at ResProp Management, overseeing Support and Operations for 23,000+ units in five states. Jordon’s team provides oversight for owned and 3rd-party assets valued at $4B+, including conventional, value-add, affordable, lease-ups, build-to-rent assets, and a growing pipeline of new construction. Jordon brings a modern leadership focused on coaching and developing people to improve teamwork, operations, and efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions. Since joining ResProp, Jordon’s team experienced an average annual growth rate of 40% and earned a three-time Top Workplace designation. Before joining ResProp in 2020, Jordon held leadership positions at technology and engineering companies, including Amazon and Raytheon Technologies.

Jordon lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with family at the beach, traveling, and the occasional round of golf. Jordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
