Natasha Falconi is the founder of Falconi Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating multifamily properties across South Florida. With a disciplined approach and long-term vision, Falconi Capital targets Class B and C assets with in-place cash flow and clear pathways for value creation - benefiting both the communities served and the capital invested.

Natasha’s leadership is shaped by over two decades of experience, including roles at a Big Three accounting firm, serving as Controller and President of a national development company, and Chairwoman of a Florida-based community bank. Her background offers a rare blend of operational insight, financial acumen, and institutional perspective.

Guided by the belief that real estate is a powerful vehicle for transformation, Natasha approaches each investment with the goal of creating long-term impact while generating stable financial returns. She focuses on repositioning underperforming assets into well-managed, quality housing that improves the daily lives of residents, uplifts neighborhoods, and strengthens the fabric of the broader community. She lives in Coral Gables with her husband Arthur, their two sons and their mini-aussie Ace.
