Nazar Nazarov is the Managing Partner at Intrepid Equity Management LLC, a vertically integrated and diversified real estate development firm based in New York City. Mr. Nazarov has spearheaded successful ground-up condo, multi-family residential, commercial and retail projects across the NYC metropolitan and South Florida areas. He has extensive expertise in the full lifecycle of real estate investing, from acquisition, development to management and sale. Intrepid is also active in non-performing note acquisition, commercial bridge lending and litigation finance.

Nazar is also a seasoned fintech expert with a strong trading and investment banking background, holding five FINRA licenses. He has served as an advisor and investor in multiple fintech startups, helping to drive innovation, growth and market share.
