Prior to PetScreening, Nicole held senior leadership roles at CoStar Group, where she helped launch and grow a mid-market division serving multifamily operators across the country, scaling it to $58 million in annual revenue. Nicole is recognized for her straightforward, data-driven approach and her commitment to helping housing providers succeed in an increasingly complex environment. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her Great Dane, Lila.
